Features of aluminum veneer
(1) Compared with ceramic sheets, glass and other materials, aluminum veneers have light weight, high strength, good rigidity and easy processing.
(2) Surface coating Because of the PVDF coating, it has excellent weather resistance and UV resistance, long-lasting color and gloss, good corrosion resistance, and can be used under the harsh conditions of -50 °C -80 °C.
(3) Good acid and alkali resistance .PVDF coatings especially Akzo Novel are currently the most excellent coatings for outdoor use.
(4) Excellent processing performance, easy to cut, weld, bend, can be shaped and easy to install on site.
(5) Sound insulation and shock absorption performance are good, and can be punched in any way on the aluminum veneer. Sound-absorbing cotton, rock wool and other sound-absorbing and heat-insulating materials can be added on the back, which has good flame retardancy and no toxic fumes in the event of fire.
