At the 1998, Mario gave up the comfortable job in Donghai Construction Group and founded the Zhejiang Zhong Ming Ji Xiang Building Material Equipment Co,. Ltd. (Early Zhongming). In the beginning, Zhejiang Zhong Ming Ji Xiang Building Material Equipment Co,. Ltd. had only 3000 square meters factory and 25 workers, Mario was not only the founder, but also the designer, technicist, production supervisor and sales manager, and this was just the rudiment of Luowen Group.
